Especially Me!
Especially Me! is an interactive curriculum for girls between the ages of 9 and 12 designed to help girls learn more about self-esteem, health, nutrition and exercise, puberty, good decision making, goal setting, and assertiveness.

Kids in the Kitchen
Kids in the Kitchen is a **FREE** community event that serves to educate youth and families to make healthy food choices. Families and children also participate in fitness challenges, hands-on cooking stations, veggie bowling and a buffet of snacks, games and activities that serve-up a healthy lifestyle.

The Junior League of Long Beach will present its sixth annual Kids in the Kitchen: Healthy Eating and Exercise Fair in March 2011.
