Denae Oatey, Board Assistant
Originally from Malibu, California, Denae moved to Long Beach in 2004 with her husband, Shawn, who is a Long Beach native.
She joined the league in the fall of 2008, and has especially enjoyed her placements on new member training and the nominating committee. Her favorite part of being a member is interacting with fun, intelligent women in the league who share the same goal of helping children and our community.
Professionally, Denae is a partner with the law firm of Madden, Jones, Cole and Johnson. She focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, probate, business transaction and business entity formation.
When she is not working or volunteering, Denae enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with her husband Shawn, and three sons, Tyler (7), Kyle (5), and Ryan (2).
