Since 1931, the JLLB has worked with the community to identify existing needs, raise funds to meet those needs, and design projects that meet those needs and are sustainable. Through research and involvement with community partners, the JLLB has identified a variety of community needs and assigned member volunteers to fill those needs.

Especially Me! is an interactive curriculum for girls between the ages of 9 and 12. The program is designed to help pre-teen girls learn more about self-esteem, health, nutrition and exercise, puberty, good decision making, goal setting, and assertiveness. Read More
